At the beginning of 2023 our team had the honor to produce for the local ice cream manufactory Urstrom Jerseys. The ice cream manufactory produces natural ice cream from the raw milk of Jersey cows grazing on the vast meadows of the Baruther Urstrom Valley. With the project, the team was able to make a contribution to sustainable agriculture and species-appropriate animal husbandry.
